Combining Vinyasa Flow and Yin, for a balanced practice creating harmony in the body and mind. Start by building heat and energy before slowing it down with deeper stretches.
SATURDAY
Morning Flow | 9:30 | 60 mins
Rise and shine with this Saturday morning vinyasa flow class. A class to wake up and stretch the body, connect with the breath, and energise yourself for the day ahead.

ABOUT
Jessica is a freelance Creative Director and a part-time Yoga Teacher. She loves to combine her passion for design and architecture with health and wellness to curate experiences that delight all the senses and create space for your wellbeing.
Through thoughtfully designed classes and events, Jessica holds space for you to connect with yourself and your practice. Inviting you to breathe and move in ways that make you feel good, helping you to let go of tensions and find your balance.
Jessica completed her 200hr Hatha Vinyasa Teacher Training in Barcelona in summer 2024, deepening her love and knowledge of yoga and empowering her to share with others the practice that changed her life.
